The Director at Large is responsible for supporting the stewardship of the F Stop mission and values. The Director at Large does this by:

• stewardship of human, financial and property resources of F Stop by contributing to effective Board decision-making;

• helping to align F Stop Board and Committee actions with the core objectives and strategic direction of F Stop;

• fostering a productive relationship with the staff based on partnership and accountability;

• serving as a spokesperson for the F Stop Board and membership;

• fostering an environment where the F Stop’s Board's governance practices are recognized for being thoughtful and reflective of the organisation's and stakeholders' needs.
