Julie Forgues, commissaire de l'exposition, collègue professionnelle et chère amie de Marie-France propose une exposition d'œuvres qui font partie des recherches conçues par Marie-France lors de ses études en Maitrise en photographie au Studio Arts College International (SACI) à Florence en Italie entre 2019-2021. Les textes expliquant la thématique de l’exposition ainsi que les œuvres mêmes dérivent du mémoire de maitrise de l'artiste.

Mémoires et érosions is an exhibition dedicated to the research-creations of Marie-France Robichaud.

Julie Forgues, curator of the exhibition, professional colleague, and dear friend of Marie-France, presents an exhibition of works that are part of the research conceived by Marie-France during her Master's studies in photography at the Studio Arts College International (SACI) in Florence, Italy, between 2019 and 2021. The texts explaining the exhibition's theme, as well as the works themselves, are derived from the artist's own master's thesis.

C’est avec immense tristesse que nous apprenons le décès de Marie-France Robichaud, co-fondatrice et membre du conseil d’administration de F Stop. En souhaitant commémorer la bienveillance de cette femme créative, généreuse et rayonnante, nous avons créé la Bourse Marie-France Robichaud. Par l’entremise de ce prix, nous serons en mesure de permettre à des personnes artistes de travailler le médium photographique avec un financement dédié à la création.

It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Marie-France Robichaud, co-founder and board member of F Stop. Wishing to commemorate the kindness of this creative, generous, and radiant woman, we created the Marie-France Robichaud Scholarship. Through this award, we will enable artists to work in the photographic medium with funding dedicated to creation.
